ChristmasLightsLV provides professional holiday light installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage services in the Las Vegas Valley. All services are subject to a written service agreement provided at the time of booking.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Free quotes are provided based on on-site or virtual assessment. All quoted prices are estimates; final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement prior to installation. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and scope changes requested by the customer.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. We will contact you to confirm appointment times. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee.
5. Property and Liability
We carry general liability insurance covering accidental property damage caused by our crews. You are responsible for disclosing any known property conditions (fragile roofing materials, HOA restrictions, underground utilities) before service begins. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Overdue balances may incur late fees as permitted by Nevada law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to ChristmasLightsLV. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
